We do not collect or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and never pass through our servers.

- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts by email
- To respond to support requests related to your booking
- To invite you to leave a review after your session
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
Cookies and session data
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to verify that you're the person who made a booking when viewing its confirmation page. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the platform, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and email delivery provider, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
